Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Please note: Returns must be requested before sending any item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to:
  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

Customization Orders (Important)
  • All customized or personalized items (including logo or text printing) are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed
  • Refunds or replacements are only issued if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must still meet the return conditions listed above.

Refunds
